Instructions for fresh and frozen sample deliveries to IBSS 2008
1: Please E Mail all product descriptions (fresh or frozen),
approximate piece count and total weight. Include booth number, contact
name with emergency phone number and approximate arrival date. Please use the
following two e-mail addresses:

e-mails!!!!!!
2: All boxes or pieces must be
properly marked and or labeled with
name, booth number, special instructions (FRESH FROZEN OR NON PERISHABLE).
This is very important!!! Also the correct piece count and correct weight
You are responsible for this, and will need to have this done properly! We
will not see any shipments until they are being loaded on
trucks!! AGAIN WE CANNOT DO THIS FOR YOU!!!!!
3: All SHIPMENTS i.e.: FROZEN and
FRESH TOGETHER: All fresh and
frozen mixed shipments will need to be consolidated at Araho Transfer for
final delivery by J&D Transportation to the Boston Convention Center.

4: Airport or local Boston pick up’s are no problem. You will need to prearrange these with J&D
Transportation. These will be billed on a per shipment basis!! Make sure to
have all shipments custom’s cleared and any payments prepaid!! We
have no way of clearing shipments or paying freight charges!!
5: We have our first delivery to the Boston Convention Center scheduled for
Thursday 02/21/2008. You will
therefore need to have all of your frozen freight delivered at the latest
to Araho on Wednesday 02/20/2008.
NOTE: We will make additional trips as necessary.
These will be billed on a per shipment basis. You will need to prearrange
this with J&D Transportation!!!!!!! We will not be held accountable for
any late shipments.
6: Rates: Trucking rates will be quoted individually.
Note: This year all billing (except original delivery to Boston) will be done through J&D
Transportation including airport, storage and transfer fees. These will
also be quoted on a per shipment basis.
7: It is imperative that these
instructions be followed.
Communication is the most important ingredient. Also the earlier you ship
the better, as this is New England!!
Prepare for bad weather and storms. As always we will do everything we can
to ensure all goes smoothly.
